Salon Etiquette
Your time is precious and so is ours. So please read through our salon etiquette prior to booking. Once booked, you are agreeing to our salon policy.
Appointment Booking Methods:
Whilst we can be contacted via email and several social media platforms, we prefer all clients to book in salon or use our Online Booking System via our website. This ensures that the correct booking is made for you, and that you receive a confirmation SMS with your appointment time. If you need to change a booking that you’ve made please contact and give a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your original booking.
Online Booking System
Our online system will only show treatment availability if there is enough time allowed. If we are fully booked on a particular day or time that you are after, please contact us directly by calling our store phone or contacting our social media pages (Facebook Messenger/Instagram). We will do our best to fit you in or place you on a cancellation list.
Appointment Cancellations/ Changes Required To Your Appointment:
We ask that cancellations are made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses the opportunity to utilise our services. Consequently, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling of appointments. No-shows or appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
This also applies to drastic appointment changes on the service you are booked in for – if you are booked in for a long service and you now only require a short service, you must let us know a minimum 24 hours prior to your appointment time, so we can allocate more available appointments for others.
Confirming Your Appointment:
All clients are sent a reminder and confirmation SMS the day prior to your appointment. Please reply to the SMS message with “YES” to confirm you will be making your appointment. However, if you can not make your appointment anymore please ensure to reply “NO, please cancel” to confirm cancellation, or you can log back on to our online booking system to change it, or you can contact the salon directly.
Appointment Time/ Arrival:
We prefer that all clients arrive ON TIME for their appointment. Not early, not late. If you are running more than 15 minutes LATE we may deem it necessary to reschedule your appointment as this will impact the timing for treatments specific to your appointment as well as for our following scheduled appointments.
If you are pressed for time, we encourage you to notify us and we will do our best to accommodate your circumstances.
Rebooking
We highly recommend all clients rebook their appointments at the conclusion of each visit in order to secure the most consistent and convenient time/day for them.
Conditions for Gift Vouchers
All Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months, and we encourage you to endeavour to use it in this time. However, pre-arranged extensions can be discussed and we will be happy to accommodate.
Mobile Phones
We kindly ask that you refrain from using your mobile phone during your appointment and turn your mobile phone to silent whilst in the salon.
Payment Methods:
Payment for all services can be made by cash, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard, as well as Afterpay and PayPal.
AMEX is not accepted.
